COMPANY DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking to recruit an OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR for the position of Administrator, who will be based in our Larnaca Office.

 

JOB DUTIES:

The administrator will perform routine clerical and administrative functions such as drafting correspondence, scheduling appointments, organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files, or providing information to callers.

 

  • QUALIFICATIONS:
  • A High School Diploma is required.
  • A College Degree is required preferably with college degree in Secretarial and Administrative Services.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Greek and the English language (verbal and written communication skills).
  • Excellent knowledge of MS-Office (i.e. Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point).
  • Strong IT Skills are necessary.
  • Key Skills/Experience:
  • Self-motivated, adaptable and resilience person.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • High level of professionalism and discretion is a must.
  • Basic accounting.
  • Driving licence.
  • Ability to work under pressure and within time limits.
